Aisin's Turkish plant was established in Tuzla in 2004 as the local arm of the Japanese Aisin group, a major supplier of original-equipment automotive components.

From this facility the company produces door frames, handles, locks and hinges, along with sunroof assemblies and seat-belt sensor parts, supplying leading vehicle manufacturers. Production quality is backed by ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 certification.
