Bifa — Biscuits, Chocolate & Wafers

Bifa is a large-scale confectionery producer based in Karaman, founded in 1962. By adopting modern food-processing technology across its lines, the company grew quickly into one of Turkey's high-volume biscuit and chocolate manufacturers, turning out more than 470,000 kg of product every day.

Its catalogue runs to over 400 items spanning biscuits, chocolate, wafers, cakes, nuts and assorted sweets. Bifa ships to upwards of 77 countries and has also set up a dedicated facility in Algeria to supply that region's local and neighbouring markets.
