Kumkaya — Industrial Bakery Ovens & Equipment

Kumkaya began in 1988 as a small workshop handling equipment repair and spare parts, then grew into a full manufacturer of bakery machinery and ovens. Its production runs from a technologically equipped 20,000 m² plant in the Beylikdüzü district of İstanbul.

The company supplies the complete range of machines and equipment needed for a bread production line, and holds a patent on its automatic proofing unit with a cloth-covered board feed system. Output is built from high-grade materials and includes models designed for large production volumes. Kumkaya exports to more than 111 countries.
