Süleyman Demirel University (SDÜ) — Isparta

Süleyman Demirel University (SDÜ) — known in Turkish as Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi — is a public university in Isparta, in Turkey's southwestern Lake District region. Founded in 1992, the university is named after Süleyman Demirel, the 9th President of Turkey (1993–2000), who was born in Isparta province. Today the university holds a prominent position among Turkish higher-education institutions, with strong academic, research, cultural, and athletic programs.
