Tezcan began milling flour in 1991 in İzmir with a daily capacity of 150 tons. Drawing on milling experience inherited through the founder's family, the business scaled that capacity up to 750 tons a day.

Today it serves as a dependable supplier worldwide, shipping its Turkish-milled flour to more than 40 countries.
