TO-KA — Ice Cream Cone & Wafer Biscuits

TO-KA was founded in Istanbul in 1961 by Yusuf Tosun, building its reputation on a single specialty: biscuits for ice cream. As demand climbed, the company installed its first fully automatic line for moulded ice cream cones in 1978, a step that shaped its move toward modern production.

Today the factory turns out a range of ice cream cones and wafer biscuits in varied shapes. Production follows the Turkish food codex, avoids additives harmful to health, and applies up-to-date food-safety standards, with the aim of supplying a consistently high-quality product to wholesale buyers and consumers alike.
