Yıldız Entegre is one of the world's largest integrated forest-products manufacturers, headquartered in Kartepe, Kocaeli (Arslanbey OSB). The group traces its roots to a family timber trade that began in Trabzon in 1890, and the company itself was incorporated in 1982.

Its Kocaeli headquarters is home to one of the world's largest single-roof integrated MDF plants. With eight production facilities across Turkey and subsidiaries in Romania and Slovenia, more than 5,000 employees and stakeholders, and panel output of around 13,975 m³ per day, the group is ranked among the top ten forest-products companies worldwide and exports to over 80 countries.
